Research has proven the major barrier to new golfers not taking up golf was the fear of not knowing what to do on the course. The “Playing on the Course” class was designed to totally break down this barrier. This class focuses on how to play on the course.
Students learn how to play in order, how to keep up with the play ahead, how to choose the right club for the right shot, how to protect the golf course, how to hold the flagstick and more detail regarding the rules and etiquette of the game.
Those in the class will likely feel very comfortable playing on the golf course with friends and/or family members. The ratio of pupils to teachers is a maximum of 8 to 1. There are four 90-minute on course experiences and the final day will include a nine-hole round of golf for a total of 9 hours of instruction.
